This recipe comes in metric/US measurements, with a page of notes, and a recipe for the chocolate glaze coating as seen in the photos. This recipe is written for 2 dozen classic madeleines, all rich and buttery with crisp edges and perfect humps. This can work in any madeleine mold or pan for different shapes. I have pans but do prefer silicone molds for the chocolate coating.
