The directions are easy to understand and are thorough with lots of helpful hints for all of the various food items you can cook gourmet at home. There are also generous mid-century drawn illustrations & photos throughout this colorful 68-page booklet. The entire book is in cheerful green, gold, brown and blue colors with illustrations of Italian life on every page.I’ve restored this booklet to it’s former glory, There are lovely color illustrations scattered throughout the book. The recipes & instructions include: Antipasto Soups Breads Meat, Fish & Poultry Pasta, Polenta & Rice Vegetables Salads Sauces Desserts Beverages All of these recipes are in PDF form.
